$175 per party, per hour/two parties
$100 per party/per hour/three parties or more

In the event either party has been referred by a party who has previously used these mediation services, and the referring party sends a confirmation letter to the undersigned either at the time of mediation scheduling or within twenty-four (24) hours thereof, by fax or mail, the party receiving the referral will be entitled to a ten (10%) discount up to a total of no more than ten (10) mediation conferences per calendar year.

Minimum Fee
Two (2) hours is considered a half-day mediation and four (4) hours a full-day mediation at the rates listed above.  Despite minimum fee, the time actually spent in mediation is to be billed at the hourly rate.

If the mediation conference is cancelled less that twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled date of the conference, and the mediation is not rescheduled within thirty (30) days, the minimum fee set forth above will necessarily be charged.

If the mediation conference is to be held outside Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough or Manatee County, travel time to and from the mediation site will be billed at $100 per hour or the actual travel expenses, whichever is greater.

Confidential mediation summaries provided at least one (1) day in advance of the conference will be reviewed and are appreciated.

The number of attendees, parties, representatives and attorneys should be provided to assure adequate facilities.  Should the parties require any equipment such as VCR, easels, etc. they should either bring such equipment with them or provide this office notification at least two (2) days in advance.

Attorneys for the parties are responsible for payment of mediation/arbitration fees.
Payment is expected either at the conclusion of the mediation conference or within ten (10) days of the mediation.  Payment is to be made to the Law Offices of Roy L. Glass, P.A. (TIN 59-2729407)
